Jordan Firme Business Consultants was founded by Shiva Singh with a clear mission: to give every Australian business access to the compliance expertise that was previously only available to large corporations with in-house legal and HR teams.
After years of seeing small and medium businesses struggle with complex employment laws, workplace safety regulations, and the ever-changing legislative landscape, Shiva assembled a team of experienced consultants who share a passion for making compliance practical and achievable.
Today, Jordan Firme is headquartered in Mawson Lakes, South Australia, and services businesses across Adelaide, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, and beyond. Our approach is built on a simple principle: compliance should protect your business, not paralyse it.
