Jordan Firme Business Consultants was founded by Shiva Singh with a clear mission: to give every Australian business access to the compliance expertise that was previously only available to large corporations with in-house legal and HR teams.

After years of seeing small and medium businesses struggle with complex employment laws, workplace safety regulations, and the ever-changing legislative landscape, Shiva assembled a team of experienced consultants who share a passion for making compliance practical and achievable.
