Package 2 -- Most Popular
WHS & HR Compliance Bundle
Everything in our HR Compliance package plus WHS system setup, risk assessments, SWMS review, safety management systems, and psychosocial hazard compliance. One retainer, total coverage.
WHS Non-Compliance Can Shut Your Business Down
Workplace health and safety breaches carry the harshest penalties in Australian employment law. Under the model WHS Act, a Category 1 offence, reckless conduct that exposes a person to a risk of death or serious injury, can result in fines of up to $3.4 million for a body corporate and up to five years imprisonment for an individual.
Even lower-level non-compliance, such as missing risk assessments, incomplete SWMS documentation, or failure to manage psychosocial hazards, can result in improvement notices, prohibition notices, enforceable undertakings, and significant reputational harm. SafeWork inspectors are conducting more proactive audits than ever, and the introduction of psychosocial hazard regulations has expanded the compliance surface area for every business.
This bundle ensures your HR and WHS obligations are managed together, by the same team, eliminating the gaps that appear when these functions operate in silos.

WHS Compliance FAQs
Package 1 (HR & Legal Compliance from $399+GST) covers employment contracts, award interpretation, workplace policies, Fair Work compliance monitoring, and an annual compliance audit. Package 2 (WHS & HR Compliance Bundle from $599+GST) includes everything in Package 1 plus WHS system setup, risk assessments, SWMS review, safety management systems, psychosocial hazard compliance, and WHS training coordination.
A safety management system (SMS) is a structured framework for managing workplace health and safety risks. It typically includes policies, procedures, risk registers, incident reporting processes, and audit schedules. Under the model WHS Act, every PCBU has a primary duty of care to ensure the health and safety of workers. An SMS is the most effective way to demonstrate you are meeting that duty.
Psychosocial hazards are factors in the design or management of work that increase the risk of work-related stress and psychological harm. They include excessive workloads, poor support, bullying, harassment, conflict, violence, and traumatic events. Changes to WHS regulations in most Australian jurisdictions now require PCBUs to identify and manage psychosocial hazards with the same rigour as physical hazards.
We use a systematic approach aligned with AS/NZS ISO 31000 and the model Code of Practice for risk management. This includes hazard identification through workplace inspections and worker consultation, risk analysis using a likelihood and consequence matrix, implementation of control measures following the hierarchy of controls, and ongoing monitoring and review.
We coordinate and facilitate WHS training including toolbox talks, hazard awareness sessions, incident reporting procedures, and psychosocial hazard awareness. We also help you identify training gaps and build a training calendar aligned with your risk profile and regulatory requirements.
Any business with physical workplace hazards or a workforce exposed to psychosocial risks benefits from this bundle. Construction, manufacturing, healthcare, logistics, mining services, and hospitality are among the highest-risk industries, but the psychosocial hazard requirements now apply equally to office-based and professional services businesses.
